From Shelf to Poolside: Shipping and Delivery

The trip from our shelf to your pool bag runs through the partner store. Here is how shipping and delivery work, step by step.

  1. Choose your gear

    Browse by shelf or by level, read the fit notes and pick what suits your swimmer today. Double-check the size, S/M or M/L for vests and the weight range for life jackets, before you move on.

  2. Follow the button

    Each product has a button that takes you to our product listing at the partner store. That is where you will see the current price, stock and delivery estimate for your address, and where the order is actually placed.

  3. Order at the store

    Add the item to your cart and check out with the partner store in the usual way. The store takes payment, confirms the order by email and offers whichever shipping speeds and delivery options are available in your area.

  4. Track the delivery

    Shipping is carried out by the partner store and its carriers. Use the tracking link in your order confirmation, or your order page at the store, to follow the parcel. We cannot see tracking details from here.

  5. Check before swimming

    When the parcel arrives, open it and try the gear on at home. Inflate floats to check they hold air, test the vest fit with the lift test and read the instructions, so the first pool day starts smoothly.
