In the water with it
We recommend the Deluxe Swim Trainer for ages 2 to 4, the stage when kids are done with baby floats and curious about moving on their own. The stretchy vest hugs the torso and an adjustable safety strap seat keeps the trainer in place. Because the tube sits high, a child can lean forward into a comfortable swim-practice position.
Before the first swim, watch our instruction video and inflate the tube properly and fully. Slip the vest over your child's head, fasten and adjust the seat strap, then let them lean forward and kick. The trainer builds confidence; it does not replace you, so an adult needs to be in the water and within arm's reach.
