Every swimmer starts in the shallow end, and this is the seat we like to start them in. Our Deluxe Baby Float pairs an adjustable safety seat with a shade canopy you can tilt or take off, all in a crisp navy and white.

In the water with it

We built this float for babies from 6 to 24 months who are meeting the pool for the first time. The seat adjusts at several points so it sits snugly as your little one grows, and the ring is 20 percent wider, which gives a steadier ride when a small person starts kicking with real enthusiasm.

In the water, settle your baby into the seat, fasten it, and stay within arm's reach the whole time. The open-mesh area in front lets hands reach the water and any toys you drop in. Tilt the canopy through its 120-degree range as the sun moves, or take it off entirely for an indoor pool session.

I bought this as a gift for my good friend. She was very pleased with this floatie. She would recommend this for a little older child , depending on their size. She thought around 4 or 5 years old. Child should be supervised when in this floatie just to be on the safe side.
