Families rarely come in one size, so neither does this vest. The Oceans 7 is a US Coast Guard approved Type III PFD offered in infant, child and youth sizes, from 8 to 90 lb in all.
- US Coast Guard approved Type III vest, passing the standards and testing required.
- Sized as infant, child or youth, labeled by weight from 8-90 lb.
- Three adjustable straps, with chest straps lengthened for a broader fit range.
- Open sides keep the vest comfortable and easy to move in.
- Tough nylon construction and thick EPE foam for swimming or boating.
In the water with it
Each jacket is labeled infant, child or youth by weight range, so choose by what your child weighs rather than by age. The infant size is for 8 to 30 pounds; if your little one is over 25 pounds, try the child size. Whatever the label, the jacket should not rise above the head once it is fastened securely.
Putting it on is simple. The open-sided design leaves room to move, three adjustable straps pull it snug, and our new longer chest straps widen the fit range. Built from durable nylon with thick EPE flotation foam, it serves as a swimming life jacket at the pool or lake and as a PFD for general boating.
