Baby's First Pool Float is recommended for ages 6 to 18 months and for babies up to 29 lb, which makes it the youngest-feeling float on our shelf. If your child is toward the top of that range, check the weight before you buy, since the limit matters more than the birthday does.
Using it is straightforward: inflate the boat, adjust the seat so your baby sits comfortably, and ease them in for a slow first float. The canopy overhead gives some shade while they look around. Keep the session short and sweet, hold on to the float if you like, and always stay within arm's reach.
